Kaelan grew up in the Shenandoah Valley and has yet to find a more pleasant and comfortable place to call home. After six years in the United States Air Force, Kaelan entered the real estate business as a licensed home inspector in Virginia. This love of real estate led him to pursue the appraisal industry, and he has been appraising ever since. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife, Brianna, and his sweet little girl Virginia (Ginny). If he isn’t with them, he enjoys roasting coffee and practicing Jiu-Jitsu with his friends at Winchester Jiu-Jitsu Academy.

Brianna also grew up in the Winchester area, then attended Cedarville University, where she received her Bachelor’s in Nursing. Brianna became a Registered Nurse and worked in the Neuro Trauma ICU. She now enjoys being a mother to Ginny and assisting in the day-to-day tasks of Valley Appraisals. When she is not working, she loves walking outside with her family, drinking iced coffee, and reading a great book.
Our history is simple; we love this area and have grown up enjoying its many wonderful features and natural beauties. After leaving the state for school, my wife and I felt a draw back home. Upon settling here, we worked in various industries before finding ourselves in the exciting and full career that is Real Estate. It didn’t take long for us to realize that we wanted to work for ourselves. After gaining experience and accomplishing the training necessary, we opened Valley Appraisals. We have been blessed to continue to work together while being able to serve our community in a small way.
Our Vision is to grow our small business to incorporate others in this remarkable niche of real estate. We want to provide the best quality of valuation work as we integrate the most modern tools into tried and true appraisal practices.
