The cost depends on the type of property. Typical single-family homes range in price from $400-$600. This varies due to the location, size of the home, size of the site, etc. Land and multi-family properties are priced separately.
You won’t need an appraisal for every situation. We recommend you reach out and ask your question specifically. We would be happy to point you in the right direction.
You don’t have to do anything! Before the inspection, you will receive an email or text with helpful information. As long as the Appraiser can access the property, you are ready to go! Lights on and securing dogs and other animals is always helpful but unnecessary.

We service the Shenandoah Valley and surrounding areas in Virginia and the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia.
Virginia Counties: Frederick, Winchester City, Warren, Page, Clarke, Shenandoah, Loudoun, Fauquier, Rappahannock, and Rockingham.
West Virginia Counties: Jefferson, Berkeley, Morgan, Hampshire, Hardy.
Depending on the season and current volume, our turn times range from one week to three weeks. When a quote is requested, the date given as a submission date will always be met, and we are happy to accommodate rush orders based on situational needs.
